Young people aged between 11 - 16 are invited to have their say on the restoration of the Newbridge Memo on Saturday 18th & 25th September 2010 at two free open days.

The open days will let young people find out about the upcoming restoration of the Memo, have their say on what they think should be going on and what they would like to see in the finished buildings.

They’ll also be able to get involved in some exciting new projects taking place at the Memo, which will include filmmaking, web design and live music.

For young local talent there will be information about upcoming local band, talent and DJ nights, which will give them the chance to showcase their skills to a live audience, be published online and even win prizes!

It all takes place at the Newbridge Memo on Saturday 18th and 25th September 2010 between 11am - 5pm.

Entry is free and refreshments will be available.
